Brief
BeA Fastening Systems are expanding rapidly, and wanted to keep a better track of their existing customers, new prospects and specific sales opportunities. They have both internal and external sales people for whom they need to be able to track their activity and sales opportunities. On this basis they know they needed a single system for all to use.

Approach
Intradev carried out a full review of the business processeses prior to carrying out the implementation.
Solution
Intradev proposed a solution based on Sages Customer Relationship Management system, Sage 200 CRM. This would give BeA the built-in facilities to track customers, contacts and opportunities from first contact through to the final sale. It would also keep historical data in this respect to assist in future prospecting which is easily searchable.
Benefit
BeA staff can now easily track sales opportunities and projects. Both internal and external staff are alerted by the diary system, ensuring opportunities are followed up. Staff have access to information that was simply not available before, making their jobs more straightforward whilst management can see what is being done to move the business forward.
