Spindle professional
Draycir Spindle Professional is a document distribution solution that creates, dispatches and records items such as statements, remittance advices, invoices and confirmations of sales and purchase orders. It creates professionally finished documents by merging information from Sage Line 100 / Sage MMS with ‘form backdrops’ such as your company logo, lines and colours. These documents are then ready for emailing, faxing, printing and archiving.
Because Spindle Professional adds backdrops, there is no need to use expensive pre-printed stationery. Instead you can print directly onto plain paper and still achieve the same professional look-and-feel and level of branding.
Spindle Professional allows you to easily create and email a large batch of accounts-related documents such as statements. The emails will appear in a professionally finished format, saving time and money compared to the manual method of posting.
Spindle Professional means that dot matrix printers are not needed for multi-part forms such as delivery notes. Instead, the ‘document automation’ feature allows the set up of default print instructions about how many copies, where to print, and which type of backdrop to use.
Spindle Professional will process any entry in the Sage Line 100 / Sage MMS spooler and can also be linked to non-Sage software.
