The team behind LetHQ wanted to develop a platform that allowed landlords and agents to easily enter details of a potential tenant and for the system to then automatically request various background checks including credit checks, CCJ checks, confirmation of electoral roll, DBS checks, etc.
Solution
Intradev developed a bespoke web portal that makes the process of requesting tenant referencing checks straightforward and easy to manage. The system has since been further developed to also offer landlord and agent focussed insurance services.
