Matt VG is a Hull-based specialist in vehicle graphics, fleet branding, and signage solutions. Since 1997, the family-run business has helped organisations across the UK enhance their brand visibility through high-quality vehicle wraps, signage, and visual branding services.
As the business grew, managing jobs across multiple stages became increasingly difficult. They relied on a combination of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams tasks, and accounting software that didn't integrate with one another. This resulted in duplicated work, increased administration, and limited visibility of where jobs were within the production process.
The owners explored several off-the-shelf systems, but none truly reflected the way the business worked. Most would have required a change to processes to fit the software rather than providing a solution tailored the specific needs.
