Trustco PLC has been around since 1998 providing mid-enterprise businesses across the UK with server and computer hardware.
They are known as the go-to partner for consultative support and services around digital transformation. For many years, Trustco PLC used a bespoke CRM system but due to its age was becoming increasingly slow and unreliable. Ongoing support was also not available. Therefore, a new provider was needed to create a new modern, fast and reliable replacement.
Solution
Intradev spent time reviewing the business processes and designing the functionality of the new system. Extensive documentation was used to explain to Trustco PLC how the system would look and function. A modern browser-based approach was selected using Microsoft .Net Core with SQL database designed specifically to replace the functionality of the old system, while adding new features and processes to reflect how the business had changed in recent years.
Benefits
The new system is written using modern technologies and is therefore easily supportable for the future. The system is a lot faster than the old system and provides all the new functionality required for Trustco PLC. The system was made to be extremely user-friendly with minimal training needed and provided additional functionality to make the user journey more streamlined. Two Factor Authorisation when logging in keeps the database secure.
